  • 5 to 6 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • bacon bits

    Cook onion in butter until tender.

    Add flour.

    Slowly add milk.

    Remove from heat.

    Boil potatoes until tender and drain.

    Put potatoes into 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole.

    Add mustard and mayo to cream sauce.
