- 5 to 6 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. mayo
- bacon bits
Directions

1Cook onion in butter until tender.

4Cook until thick.

5Remove from heat.

6Boil potatoes until tender and drain.

7Put potatoes into 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole.

8Add mustard and mayo to cream sauce.
