- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes (do not thaw)
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 c. American cheese, grated
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
Directions

1Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix.

2Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and top with corn flakes, mixed with melted margarine.

3Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
