  • 2 lb. frozen Southern style hash browns
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Directions

    Slightly thaw potatoes.

    Combine with 1/2 cup butter, salt and pepper.

    Add cheese, soup, onion and sour cream; blend well.

    Top with corn flakes; drizzle with melted butter.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch dish at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
