- 2 lb. frozen Southern style hash browns
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Slightly thaw potatoes.

2Combine with 1/2 cup butter, salt and pepper.

3Add cheese, soup, onion and sour cream; blend well.

4Top with corn flakes; drizzle with melted butter.

5Bake in a 9 x 13-inch dish at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
