- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. onion, cut fine
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 10 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix together and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix together 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.

3Mix butter and cornflakes and put on top of the potato mixture.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

5Serves 12.
