- 8 oz. pkg. hash brown potatoes, frozen
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. shredded cheese
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together but corn flakes and butter.

2Pour in a 13 x 10-inch pan.

3Stir together corn flakes and butter. Spread topping over potatoes.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
