  • 1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 3 c. crushed corn flakes

    Salt and pepper hash browns.

    Cream together the sour cream, butter, onion, milk and soup.

    Mix creamed mixture with potatoes and place in casserole. Top with grated cheese and corn flakes. Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over top. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350°.
