- 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. cornflakes
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Mix potatoes and 1 stick of butter; set aside.

2Mix sour cream, soup, onion, cheese, salt and pepper together.

3Add to potatoes.

4Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.

5Cover with topping (cornflakes and butter).

6Bake in preheated 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
