  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 8 oz. pkg. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 onion, chopped (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Directions

    Make the Night Before: Mix all but Parmesan cheese together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Top with Parmesan cheese and cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 90 minutes.
