- 8 oz. pkg. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 onion, chopped (optional)
- Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Directions

1Make the Night Before: Mix all but Parmesan cheese together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Top with Parmesan cheese and cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 90 minutes.
