  • 1 lb. butter, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. potato chips, crushed with a rolling pin (6 oz. bag)

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla, flour and chips.

    Mix well after each addition.

    Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 325° for 12 to 15 minutes.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm.

    Makes 7 to 8 dozen.
