  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp

    Combine potatoes, celery, onion, salt, and pepper.

    Make cream sauce with margarine, flour, and milk.
