- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 5 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Fry bacon bits until crisp and drain fat.

2Combine all ingredients, except milk, in crock-pot.

3Add water to cover.

4Cook on high for 2 hours, then switch to low for 4 hours (automatic 5 hours).

5Before serving, stir in milk and heat.
