- 1 (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. oleo, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 oz. grated American cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Directions

1Over heat combine soup, cheese, sour cream, salt and onion until well blended.

2Add potatoes and coat with mixture.

3Place mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

4Combine corn flakes with melted oleo and top mixture.

5Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes.
