  • 1 stick salted butter
  • 8 medium red potatoes

Directions

    Preheat over 400F, melt stick of butter in microwave safe large bowl

    Slice potatoes about 1/4 inch thick, mix seasoned salt and italian seasoning in with butter then toss potatoes
  3. 3
    Cover large cookie sheet in tin foil, grease lightly.

    Lay each potatoe out flat try not to over lap.
  5. 5
    Cook until golden then flip over and sprinkle with parmesan.

    Put back in until crisp and golden.

    Add sour cream if desired and enjoy!
