  • Sprinkle over Potato Shell:
  • 1 1/2 cups fontina or Swiss cheese, shredded
  • Whisk Together; Pour over Sausage Mixture:
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 dashes hot sauce
  • Arrange on Top; Sprinkle With:
  • 8 slices Roma tomato
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Combine and Dollop on Each Serving:
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 T. minced fresh chives
