  • 1 box instant Potato Buds
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • butter and paprika to taste
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Make the potatoes for 8 according to directions on box of instant potatoes.

    Mix in cream cheese and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Put into pan and dot with butter and paprika. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
