- 2 lb. Frozen Hash Browns
- 1 Stick Oleo-Melted
- 2 Cup Cheddar Cheese-Grated
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Cup Onion-Finely Chopped
- 1 Lg Sour Cream
- 2 Cups Crushed Corn Flakes
Directions

1Place potatoes in large bowl, let thaw a little bit.

2Add melted oleo and mix well.

3Add cheese, mix through.

4Mix sour cream and soup together.

5Blend it together with onions and potatoes and cheese.

6Spread into 9x12 baking dish.

7Sprinkle corn flakes over top.

8Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
