Ingredients
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 5 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. potato flakes
- 4 eggs
- 14 c. flour
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Add half of flour and rest of ingredients.

3Beat until smooth.

4Add rest of flour 1 cup at a time, until firm enough to handle.

5Knead for 10 minutes.

6Place in greased bowl.

7Turn once.

8Cover with damp cloth.

9Let rise until double.
-
10Divide dough.
-
11Cut and place on floured surface. Let rise until double.

12Fry in 365° oil top side down first.

13Turn when medium brown.
-
14Makes good cinnamon rolls, too.
