- 3 large, raw potatoes
- 1 c. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Grate potatoes; add eggs, salt and pepper.

2Add flour and bread crumbs.

3Make into dumplings using 2 teaspoons.

4Drop into salted, boiling water and cover.

5Cook until they float.

6Drain carefully and transfer to soup or serve with gravy and meat.
