- 1/4 c. milk
- flour to make stiff dough
Directions

1Make vegetable soup.

2Put in potatoes and cook until potatoes are done.

3Remove potatoes and mash.

4Add egg, milk and flour enough to make stiff dough.

5Drop by spoonfuls into soup and steam for 5 minutes, or until dumplings are done.

6They will rise to top when done.
