  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. onions, diced
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 stick butter or oleo
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated or shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Thaw the potatoes for 30 minutes. Mix all ingredients together.

    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
