- 1/2 c. onions, diced
- 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated or shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Thaw the potatoes for 30 minutes. Mix all ingredients together.

2Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
