- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. very finely chopped onions
- 8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. corn flake crumbs
Directions

1Melt 1/2 margarine in saucepan; add corn flake crumbs. Set aside.

2Mix all other ingredients (potatoes can still be frozen). Pour into a greased round casserole dish and top with buttered corn flake crumbs.

3Bake at 350° for 1

4to 1 1/2 hours.

5If flat square pan is used it usually only takes 1 hour.
