- 500 grams potatoes (about 1 1/3 lb.)
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter (to coat the Halushki)
Directions

1Cook potatoes in their jackets; skin and mash.

2Mix eggs and flour together with mashed potatoes.

3Make the Halushki by cooking in simmering salted water for 6 to 8 minutes.

4Drain.

5Serve with sauteed onion if desired or plain butter, melted.
