- diced potatoes
- chopped onion (medium size)
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 beef broth cube
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can corned beef hash, crumbled
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1In a 2-quart saucepan, place potatoes, chopped onion, parsley, beef broth cube and salt and pepper to taste.

2Cover potatoes with water 1/4-inch above the potatoes.

3Cook until potatoes are soft. In a 3-quart casserole dish, place mixture.

4Add can of corned beef hash.

5Thicken this mixture with flour and water.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
