- 1/3 c. sifted flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 3 c. grated, raw potatoes
- 1/4 c. grated, raw onions
Directions

1Stir together the flour and salt.

2Beat eggs thoroughly; mix in potatoes and onions.

3Stir into flour mixture; blend well. Lightly grease a large skillet with cooking oil.

4Heat over medium heat.

5Drop by tablespoon on hot skillet.

6Fry slowly, turning to brown evenly.

7Serve hot with applesauce or sour cream.
