- 1 pkg. bow ties (egg noodles)
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 onions
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 6 large potatoes
Directions

1Chop onions and saute in butter.

2Set aside.

3Cook bow ties according to package.

4Set aside.

5Boil and mash potatoes.

6Add Velveeta cheese which you have sliced.

7Mix well.

8Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

9Begin with 1/2 onion mixture on bottom of pan.

10Add 1/2 bow ties as the next layer, then 1/2 of the potatoes.

11Repeat ending with potatoes.

12Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
