  • 1 lb. potatoes (about 3)
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Prepare potatoes for boiling.

    Cut lengthwise into eights. Set oven control to broil and/or 550°.

    Place potatoes, cut side down, in ungreased jelly roll pan.

    Brush with oil.
