- 2 lb. ground beef
- 3 c. shredded cheese
- margarine (amount your choice)
- 2 pkg. taco mix
- 6 medium potatoes
Directions

1Either bake potatoes in microwave or oven.

2Use whichever is more convenient to you.

3Microwave is quicker; 12 minutes on each side of the potato.

4Check for doneness.

5Slice potatoes and put your amount of butter or margarine on them.

6Set aside.

7Brown ground beef.

8Drain.

9Mix with taco packets, by the directions. Lay sliced potatoes in baking dish.

10Cover with taco meat.

11Cover with shredded cheese.

12Place in oven at 350° for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
