- 3 medium potatoes, cut up
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 14 cup flour
- oil (for frying)
Directions

1Cover potatoes with water and cook until tender.

2Mash with butter.

3Add salt, garlic powder, egg, and flour, mix well.

4Toss onto a well floured surface.

5Make into small balls, about 1-1/2 inch.

6Heat oil to 375*.

7Drop potato balls into hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.

8May do this in batches; keep warm in oven.
