- 8 each frankfurters (hot dogs)
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions

1Split hot dogs the long way not quite all the way through.

2Fill split opening with mashed potatoes mixed with dry mustard.

3Sprinkle the top with paprika.

4Bake in 375F (190C) oven for about 15 minutes or until heated through and slightly browned on top.

5Can also be topped with some grated cheese (cheddar or parmesan).
