Potato Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 c. scalded milk
  • 1/2 c. margarine or butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. mashed potatoes (instant preferred)
  • 2 Tbsp. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 c. flour (more or less)

Directions

    Stir sugar, salt, margarine and potatoes together.

    Pour hot milk over it.

    When lukewarm, add yeast mixture, half of flour and beaten eggs.

    Add rest of flour.

    Let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 350°.

    (Work like bread dough.)
