- 7 or 8 medium size potatoes
- mayonnaise
- 2 boiled eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1 small jar pickle relish
Directions

1Boil potatoes until tender.

2Drain them in a strainer to remove all the water.

3The secret to keep your potatoes from becoming mushy is to let them sit until they are completely cool. After they have cooled add the eggs (be sure to mash the eggs up real good before you put them in).

4Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add about half the jar of pickle relish.

5Then you add enough mayonnaise for it to mix up real well.
