- potatoes
- 1 stick margarine
- milk
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 c. diced pickles
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 doz. hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Directions

1Cook enough potatoes that when mashed makes about 2 1/2 quarts.

2Add margarine and enough milk to thin.

3Add mayonnaise, mustard, pickles, onion and eggs.

4Mix well.

5Top with egg slices. Serve hot or cold.
