Ingredients

  • 8 medium red potatoes, cubed
  • 4 or 5 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped finely
  • sweet pickle, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2/3 c. sour cream
  • 3 or 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. celery seed

Directions

    Cover potatoes with water and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, about 15 to 30 minutes. Drain and cool. Place in bowl. Add eggs, salt, pepper, onion and sweet pickle. I usually sprinkle Mrs. Dash over this. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over potato mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
