- 8 medium red potatoes, cubed
- 4 or 5 boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped finely
- sweet pickle, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2/3 c. sour cream
- 3 or 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Cover potatoes with water and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, about 15 to 30 minutes. Drain and cool. Place in bowl. Add eggs, salt, pepper, onion and sweet pickle. I usually sprinkle Mrs. Dash over this. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over potato mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
