Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 8 slices, fried and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 c. relish
  • 3 boiled, sliced eggs

Directions

    Cook bacon; remove.

    Saut onion and celery in grease.

    Add flour and stir.

    Add water and vinegar; cook until it boils.

    Add rest of ingredients, except eggs.

    Pour over potatoes and mix well.

    Place eggs on top.

    Chill.
