- 5 slices fried bacon, crumbled
- 1 c. grated cheese (Brick or Cheddar)
- 2 Tbsp. bacon fat
- 1 chopped small onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 12 large sliced mushrooms
Directions

1Fry in bacon fat onion, green pepper and mushrooms.

2Fill potatoes with onion and mushroom mixture and top with bacon and cheese.

3Warm in oven, if needed.
