- 2 Tbsp. bacon fat
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- 1 green pepper, sliced thin
- 12 large fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced thin
- 5 baked potatoes, halved lengthwise
- 5 sliced crisp cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 c. grated cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar or both)
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Heat bacon fat in saucepan.

2Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms; season well.

3Cook 5 to 6 minutes over medium heat. Mix well and continue cooking another 8 minutes over low heat.
