- 10 lbs potatoes
- 12 gallon heavy whipping cream
- 1 gallon whole milk
- 1 lb bacon
- 14 cup bacon grease
- 2 12 cups dried onion, minced
- 1 lb butter
- 18 cup salt
- 18 cup pepper
Directions

1Wash and peel potatoes.

2Cook bacon until completely crispy.

3Drain bacon, and keep 1/4 cup bacon grease.

4Cut potatoes into quarters.

5Crush bacon into small pieces.

6Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot.

7Heat over medium heat until the soup comes to a boil stirring frequently.

8Lower heat to low and continue to simmer until the potatoes are soft stirring regularly.
