  • 7 c. water
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 lb. pkg. frozen cubed hash browns
  • 10 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 2 small cans white chicken, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    In large pot, bring water to boil. Add frozen vegetable mix and broccoli; return to boil. Add frozen hash browns, bouillon cubes and onion. Simmer 3 minutes. Add chicken soup, milk, cheese, black pepper and white chicken. Stir until cheese is melted. Serves 10 to 15.
