Ingredients
- 6 medium size potatoes, sliced, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 large carrot, pared
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 4 c. water
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk (Milnot)
Directions

1Put all ingredients except milk in pan.

2Cover and cook on low until potatoes are tender.

3Stir in milk the last 15 minutes.

4I take potato masher and crush into small pieces.
