- 1 (1 lb.) bacon pieces
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 4 c. cubed potatoes
- 2 c. water
- 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can of milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp; set aside.

2Pour off all but 3 tablespoons of bacon grease.

3Saute onions.

4Combine potatoes and water; cook 15 minutes or until potatoes feel tender.

5Blend in soup, half of bacon pieces, milk, salt and pepper.

6Heat, but do not boil.
