- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 2 c. water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in large pot and cook over medium heat until tender, then add mixture of 4 tablespoons flour and 3 cups of milk (shaken or mixed together) and 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes.

2Continue to simmer over low heat until the cheese is melted and add salt and pepper to taste.
