- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 4 large potatoes, cut in cubes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can clear chicken broth
- 4 c. water
- 3 medium carrots, chopped
- 2 sticks celery, chopped
- 1 c. stewed tomatoes
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except evaporated milk together. Bring to a boil.

2Reduce heat and cook until potatoes and carrots are done.

3Add evaporated milk and simmer, 15 minutes, on low heat.
