Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 3 c. diced potatoes
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream and chives
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1In large pan, combine potatoes, celery, onions, water, bouillon cubes and salt.

2Cover and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.

3Add 1 cup milk.

4Heat good.

5In bowl, blend sour cream and flour.

6Gradually add remaining 1 cup milk.

7Pour about 1/3 of hot potato mixture in sour cream mixture; stir.

8Pour back into pan and cook until thick.

9Be sure potatoes have cooked down good or soup will be too thin and watery.

10Makes 6 to 8 servings.
