  • 4 c. water
  • 3 baking potatoes
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    In a large Dutch oven, boil water.

    Add peeled potatoes that have been sliced.

    Cook until potatoes are tender.

    Add remaining ingredients, except milk.
