  • 6 c. potatoes, diced
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. carrots, diced
  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. onions, diced
  • 1/2 c. parsley, chopped
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Saute celery, onions and parsley in small amount of oleo. Boil ingredients until tender.

    Mix milk and flour; blend well. Add to sauteed mixture.

    Add potatoes and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4
    Cut up Velveeta and add to mixture.
  5. 5
    Can add ham.
