- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 to 2 cans milk
- 5 to 7 medium potatoes
- 12 oz. Velveeta cheese
- garlic, salt and pepper
Directions

1Saute onion in butter (use a large pan).

2Mince potatoes in small cubes and add to the onion and barely cover with water.

3Cook until mushy.

4Add soup to cooked potatoes; add cubed cheese.

5When cheese melts, add milk and turn to simmer.
