Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 5 c. potatoes
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 small can condensed milk
Directions

1Saute onion in butter until soft, but not brown.

2Add 5 cups thinly chopped potatoes.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Barely cover with water.

5Cook until potatoes fall apart and become thickened. Remove from heat.

6Mash with potato masher or fork.

7Add vinegar and condensed milk.

8Reheat to serving temperature, but do not allow to boil.

9Serve with crackers, cornbread or cornsticks. Serves 4 or 5.
