Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 2 medium potatoes, cooked,mashed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon chili oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 spring onions, finely sliced
- cooking spray
Directions

1Place flour, spring onions, potatoes, and baking powder in food processor or large bowl.

2Knead for 2 minutes.

3Add a little water if mixture is too dry.

4Wrap dough in cling film and allow to rest for 30 minutes.

5Divide dough into 2 pieces.

6Roll into rounds of 18-20cm diameter.

7Combine the 3 oils and brush tops of dough rounds.

8Spray a non-stick frying pan with oil spray.

9Cook each dough round for 3 minutes each side, brushing with flavoured oil.

10When bread is golden remove from pan, cut into slices.
