  • 3 c. raw potato strips, cut as for French fries
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. shredded American process cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. finely cut parsley

Directions

    Put strips into greased baking dish and pour the milk over them.

    Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Cover and bake at 425° for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley; bake, covered, 5 minutes more.
