- mashed potato mix (enough for 4 servings)
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 lb. frankfurters (about 10)
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
Directions

1Prepare potatoes as directed on package.

2Mix potatoes, onion, parsley and mustard.

3Split frankfurters lengthwise, not cutting completely through.

4Spread frankfurters open; place cut sides up on rack in broiler pan.

5Spread with potato mixture; sprinkle with cheese.

6Set oven control to broil and/or 500°.

7Broil frankfurters with tops about 5 inches from heat until cheese is melted, 5 to 8 minutes.
